Junior Edge Program:

The Junior Edge program is specifically designed for kids ages 9-12, providing them and introduction to the many areas of high performance training.  This includes:

  • training movement before muscle
  • introduction to speed, agility, strength, and conditioning
  • mental/physical discipline of athletic performance training

Focus points that are included in each session:

  • foot speed/agility
  • coordination
  • balance
  • flexibility
  • fatigue management
  • 100% best effort
  • education or sports application
