Junior Edge Program:
The Junior Edge program is specifically designed for kids ages 9-12, providing them and introduction to the many areas of high performance training. This includes:
- training movement before muscle
- introduction to speed, agility, strength, and conditioning
- mental/physical discipline of athletic performance training
Focus points that are included in each session:
- foot speed/agility
- coordination
- balance
- flexibility
- fatigue management
- 100% best effort
- education or sports application
